Poppy Seed Lavender Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 2
- Sugar – ¾ cup
- Lemon zest – 1 tsp
- Oil – ½ cup
- Flour – 1 ¼ cup
- Soda – ¼ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Vanilla – 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
- Lavender – 1 tbsp
- Sour cream – ½ cup
Directions:
GETTING READY 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Prepare the muffin tins. MAKING 3. Beat eggs thoroughly. 4. Add sugar, lemon zest, poppy seeds, and lavender, and beat well. 5. Mix in oil and stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir in vanilla. 6. Mix the dry ingredients alternating with sour cream to the wet ingredients. 7. Using a melon ball-sized scooper, transfer the batter ino prepared muffin tins. 8. Bake for 13 mins. SERVING 9. Frost with cream cheese frosting and serve after the frosting sets.
